• Availability to attend public meetings and events during workday, evening, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Draft written text for collateral materials including fact sheets, brochures, newsletters, posters, e-communications, and social media content.
• Help tailor draft content to project goals and audiences for message alignment.
• Support in-person public engagement events, including logistics, supplies, and staffing.
• Engage with community members at outreach events and gather public feedback to shape project strategy.
• Apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and platforms like ArcGIS, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, Google Forms, and Salesforce to communicate project information.
• Coordinate vendor services including printing, catering, translation, and toll-free lines.
