Team Rehab operates a network of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. We’re hiring entry-level staff to support therapists and help patients through treatment sessions in a welcoming, growth-focused environment.

No prior experience is required, with on-the-job training, mentorship from licensed therapists, and scholarship opportunities for PT/PTA education. Competitive pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
