Qualifications

• Experience in operating pressure washing systems, installing gutter systems, and inspecting HVAC.
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing service roles with upselling ability.
• OSHA or trade certifications are a plus.
• Military or veteran experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Prep and clean service van, restock tools and equipment.
• Use mobile tablet to check route and appointments.
• Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details.
• Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot as needed.
• Track tool inventory and alert team lead for replacements.
• Perform services in a timely and professional manner.
