Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to our office.
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial property maintenance services.
- Dryer vent cleaning.
- Gutter cleaning.
- Pressure washing and exterior cleaning.
- Window cleaning.
- HVAC coil and drain cleaning.
- Property maintenance services.
- Equipment setup and operation.
- Job site preparation and cleanup.
- Driving company vehicles to customer locations.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
