Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial property maintenance services such as dryer vent cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and HVAC coil/drain cleaning.
• Provide property maintenance services and equipment setup and operation.
• Drive company vehicles to customer locations and deliver professional customer service.
• Job site preparation, cleanup, and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Learn and apply skills across multiple trades daily.
