Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Leasing and lease-up experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents.
• Coordinate with marketing to place online ads and position signage.
• Support the Community Manager with general office tasks.
• Maintain an up-to-date market study of primary competitors.
• Provide high quality customer service to residents and prospects.
• Showcase apartment features and benefits to applicants.
• Identify strengths/weaknesses of sales approaches and overcome objections.
• Prepare all lease-related documents accurately.
• Follow up on calls, emails, and site visits.
