Powerhouse Consulting in Philadelphia, PA is looking for an Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate to join our in-person team. This hands-on role involves representing established brands inside retail locations, engaging customers, and promoting home improvement products and services.

No prior marketing experience is required as paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. You will talk with customers about current products, services, and promotions, create interest through face-to-face

Looking to get your start in marketing without needing years of experience? We’re hiring an Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate to join our Philadelphia team.

This is a hands-on, in-person marketing role where you’ll represent established brands inside retail locations and connect directly with customers to promote home improvement products and services.

No previous marketing experience? That’s okay. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you get comfortable and confident in the role.

What You’ll Do

• Talk with customers about current products, services, and promotions
• Create interest through face-to-face conversations
• Support promotional marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
• Answer questions and help customers understand their options
• Track daily results and campaign performance
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Schedule
