Job summary

INPWR, Inc. in Indianapolis with offices across the country is hiring an Entry-Level Assistant Project Manager to join our award-winning team and help support large-scale electrical construction projects.

You will work with experienced PMs, gain hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination, and benefit from mentorship as you grow toward future leadership roles. This is a traveling role with about 75% travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience.
• Motivated individuals eager to learn and grow into future project leadership roles.
• Strong communicators who thrive in collaborative environments.
• Internship, construction, engineering, or project-related experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced Project Managers and field teams on large-scale electrical construction projects
• Gain hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
• Learn industry-leading tools and processes through mentorship and real-world project exposure
• Support both field and office operations while building a strong foundation in construction project management
