Job summary

IBM is seeking an entry-level Project Manager to join the Storage Development team in the Tucson area. You will help shape next‑generation service offerings and ensure successful client delivery across hardware, software, and hybrid environments.

You will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, solution design, sales, marketing, and service delivery to define offerings, analyze market opportunities, and manage projects from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or Business (as preferred)
• Experience in Project Management or equivalent practical experience building or deploying products
• Experience in implementing agile practices and design thinking
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving and Business Analysis skills
• Ability to work at least 3 days a week from the office

Responsibilities

• Join Storage Development team as an Entry level Project Manager, shaping next-generation service offerings while ensuring delivery to clients.
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, solution design, sales, marketing and service delivery to define offerings, analyze market opportunities and manage projects meeting contractual, financial and quality standards.
• Track KPIs to assess adoption, profitability and client satisfaction; oversee delivery of contractual deliverables and ensure quality and financial objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in delivery models, automation, and client experience
