Filtrex Service Group is seeking an Entry Level Project Manager to oversee project development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure timely completion. The role involves heavy phone communication with contractors and clients, plus meticulous documentation and scheduling.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced settings, able to handle high call volumes and work independently or as part of a team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business, Communication, or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills, with a professional and confident phone presence
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in research or client relations is a plus
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Make frequent phone calls to contractors and clients
• Maintain clear, organized communication channels to keep all project stakeholders informed and aligned
• Coordinate logistics for project workflows, including scheduling, resource allocation, and timelines
• Develop detailed project plans and milestones
• Communicate regularly with the Service Manager ensuring all project-related activities line up with organizational goals
• Handle conflict and problem-solve efficiently, ensuring client and contractor satisfaction.
• Organize and update project documentation, ensuring all records and reports are accurate and accessible
