Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in engineering, construction management, liberal arts, or related field.
• 0-2 years of related experience or recent graduates with exposure to construction environments.
• Proficient in computer usage and software basics; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Subcontractor pricing, bid documents, and scope development.
• Support estimating with take-offs, RFI's, and bid clarifications.
• Participate in project management meetings and prepare reports.
• Help with field operations, document control, and schedule updates.
• Assist in writing qualifications, assumptions, and value engineering considerations.
• Support development of detailed estimates and coordination with owners/architects.
