Job summary

Performance Contracting in Memphis, TN is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer to join our Memphis-142 operations. This role provides hands-on experience in project management, estimating, and coordination on the Memphis-142 project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/CS or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to read specs/drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety meetings and coordinate safety practices.
• Create and manage punch lists and QA/QC support.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals; support job scheduling.
• Labor control, material takeoffs, and purchase-order coordination.
