Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Minnesota is seeking an Entry-level Project Engineer to support construction and field execution on active projects, learning from seasoned teams and applying company standards, QA/QC, and safety practices.

You'll assist with estimates, change management, daily reports, punch lists, and coordination with foremen, subcontractors, and project staff while developing fundamentals of construction management and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Ability to follow safety and quality plans and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and quality plans on site and mentor others.
• Assist with QA/QC planning for assigned tasks.
• Assist estimating and change management processes and tools.
• Work on site with project team to monitor crew size, hours, materials and equipment.
• Prepare documentation and reports for project leadership.
