Job summary

Performance Contracting Group, a national employee-owned specialty contractor, is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Atlanta 101 operations in Smyrna, GA. This role offers hands‑on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth within an innovative environment.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or comparable work experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office;

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or comparable field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting safety meetings.
• Creating and managing punch lists.
• Supporting PCI's QA/QC program.
• Preparing RFI’s and submittals.
• Labor control on projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Supporting the implementation of the job schedule.
• Coordinating warranties and O&M’s.
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing.
