is seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer to support our project teams with day-to-day coordination, documentation, and field support from preconstruction through project closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn construction operations under the guidance of experienced Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent construction field experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with project software such as Procore and P6.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, correspondence, meeting minutes, and closeout records
• Assisting with coordination among vendors, subcontractors, designers, consultants, and internal project stakeholders
• Preparing, tracking, and distributing RFIs, submittals, design updates, and project correspondence
• Supporting short-interval planning, lookahead schedules, procurement tracking, delivery commitments, and action-item follow-up
• Assisting with basic takeoffs, scope reviews, quote comparisons, change logs, cost tracking, invoice review, and backup documentation
• Supporting buyout, procurement, subcontractor compliance tracking, purchase order/subcontract documentation, and closeout deliverables
• Participating in safety meetings, reporting hazards or incidents, assisting with inspections/testing, and tracking punch list items or deficiencies
