Rexel USA in Denver, CO is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role trains across the projects program and branch operations, supporting the Project House and Outside Sales teams from start to finish.

You will learn quoting, bid review, RFQ processes, POs, and customer invoices while coordinating with vendors and the project team. This position offers hands-on experience, growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with on-the-job training
• Customer service or project support experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Learn the project process from quoting to project management
• Review bid packages and requirements for consistency
• Create standardized Project House spreadsheets for bid reviews
• Break down bid package and issue RFQs to vendors with deadlines and project info
• Enter purchase orders and customer invoices
• Load drawings and specs into the project shared drive and assign jobs
• Verify submittal reviews for acceptance
• Assist Project Managers with expediting, order entry, returns and freight claims
• Communicate shipping schedules and issues with vendors, customers and team
• Prepare and distribute submittal packages and owners manuals
• Perform other duties as assigned
