Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assigned project teams and provides accurate Project Controls information.
• Coordinates with project teams to collect, validate, and maintain project data.
• Assists with project controls setup, baselines, and reporting calendars.
• Identifies data inconsistencies and escalates issues.
• Supports cost, schedule, risk, and change management activities.
• Prepares weekly and monthly project review materials.
