Job summary

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Project Controls Analyst in Lake Mary, FL. The role is a 3-year contract with potential for extension and is paid $44.00 - $49.00 per hour on a W2 basis, with no PTO or benefits; ACA-based supplemental package available.

The successful candidate will perform cost forecasting and reporting for a portfolio of projects, collaborating with Analysts and Schedulers.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a two-year college or university in business, finance, PM, engineering, technical, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of project controls experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated Working Knowledge with Project Management/Project Controls concepts/Computer Applications such as Scheduling Software, Financial Tools, Spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost forecasting and reporting for a portfolio of projects budgeted anywhere from 0K to 0M annual spend, comparing monthly actuals to project baseline.
• Work with a team of Project Controls Analysts and Schedulers.
• Demonstrate good problem solving and collaborative communication skills; develop independence over time.
• Gain knowledge of basic project controls principles and operate on White or Green projects per the COE guidelines.
