Qualifications

• Coursework or experience in CAD (SolidWorks), CAM (Mastercam), or drafting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of CNC machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• High school diploma or equivalent; recent graduates or entry-level candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workspace and organize computer/data files.
• Develop BOM accurately from CAD data and prints.
• Process, color, and prep print packages.
• Assist with Mastercam and/or SolidWorks tasks, including minor design and CAD updates.
• Process quote requests and customer changes to prints or CAD data.
• Read and interpret blueprints and ensure CAD dimensions are accurate.
• Prep and log waterjet or CNC data.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding design or tooling needs.
• Be attentive to special tooling or process requirements.
