Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst who specializes in earned value management to partner with the Integrated program team to develop program baselines, create cost and schedule baselines for large complex programs, and drive process improvements across multiple sites.

This hybrid role located in Plymouth, MN involves coaching and mentoring Project Analysts, supporting EAC management, and interacting with customers and business leaders to ensure compliant baselines and

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in EVM (Earned Value Management).
• 7 years’ experience in External Cost or Schedule Reporting.
• U.S. person due to export control laws (citizenship, permanent resident, or protected status).

Responsibilities

• Leads development of initial program baselines (cost or schedule) for high-risk development programs.
• Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data.
• EAC Management on complex programs; perform cost walk and analysis.
• Leads Compliant Baseline Change Management.
• Ensure Cost and Schedule Integration.
• Leads IPT through internal and external Earned Value audit preparation.
• Communicate proactively with Integrated Product Team and Customers.
• Identify root cause and impact analysis; recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor other Program Team Members.
