Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willing to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• At least 2 years paper mill/industrial manufacturing experience or 2 years of study in a technical field or 2 years of related military experience.
• Must work in hot/cold/noisy industrial environment with or without accommodation.
• Physically demanding tasks repeated for extended periods with PPE.
• Willing to wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping in production areas.
• Operate machines and forklifts as needed.
• Support production with varied tasks as required by business needs.
