Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or vocational school equivalent.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety standards and workplace policies.
• Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow verbal and detailed written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and perform machine setups under supervision.
• Follow production plans and processes to meet specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of production issues.
• Read and interpret simple blueprints and technical documentation.
• Perform in-process quality checks using basic measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to 5S standards.
• Support team efforts to improve efficiency through 5S and process improvements.
