Job summary

Overlook Industries in Easthampton, MA is seeking a Cleanroom Assembly Technician to perform manual assembly in a controlled cleanroom environment, building components and kits to meet quality standards and production requirements.

You will follow SOPs, use basic hand tools, and collaborate with the team to achieve daily production goals while maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 0–3 months of related experience.

  • Inspect and test assembled parts to verify quality and functionality (pass/fail criteria)
  • Prepare, clean, and package finished products for shipment in accordance with cleanroom standards
  • Sort, organize, and stage materials, parts, and supplies for production use
  • Remove excess material from molded components and prepare parts for assembly
  • Use hand tools and small equipment to support assembly processes
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment in alignment with cleanroom requirements
  • Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures; report any issues or nonconformances
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Overview

Ensures products meet quality standards and production requirements while adhering to safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures.

These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $18.00-23.00 hourly. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
