Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production machinery under supervision.
• Set up machines by loading materials and adjusting settings.
• Assist with machine changeovers between product batches.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain proper operating conditions.
• Perform basic inspections to ensure product quality.
• Document defects and report issues to supervision.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow SOPs.
