No corrugated manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide hands‑on training and development opportunities for motivated individuals who want to build a long‑term career in manufacturing.

Starting Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus shift differential.

What You'll Do

Entry Level Production Operator / Helper

• Assist in the operation of corrugating and converting equipment
• Load raw materials and monitor production processes
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Support machine operators with setup and changeovers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with material handling and production support activities

Baler Operator

• Operate recycling and baling equipment safely
• Process scrap corrugated materials for recycling
• Maintain cleanliness of recycling and waste areas
• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Assist with plant housekeeping and material movement
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
