Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Production Operator in Dillon, SC to join our manufacturing team. The role supports resin and formaldehyde processing, loads materials, operates forklifts and works with supervision to meet production targets while following HSE rules.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and be able to rotate shifts. Prior forklift experience and willingness to learn tractor/tanker operations are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Willingness to learn tractor/tanker operation.
• Analytical and mechanical mindset essential for process control.
• Flexibility to rotate between day/night/evening shifts.
• Basic math, calculator use, and computer skills required.
• Adherence to health, safety and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures resin and formaldehyde following procedures and HSE rules.
• Loads/unloads raw materials and finished products per procedures.
• Operates forklift to move materials and goods.
• Monitors processes and informs Lead Operator of deviations.
• Coordinates with lead operator and other staff to meet schedules.
• Performs IPC checks with lab equipment and assists with quality checks.
• Responds to alarms and takes corrective actions to maintain safety and quality.
