Job summary

MBI in Cobalt, TN is hiring for an Entry Level Manufacturing position. This full-time role involves preparing parts, following safety and quality guidelines, and working either in a team or alone to complete tasks.

You will read and understand paperwork, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and handle typical 10-hour shifts with overtime. A high school diploma or GED is required, and ability to pass basic physical testing may be needed depending on position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) may be required.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture or prep parts according to Cobalt standards.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines to exceed customer standards.
• Read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• May work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by complying to safety and 5s standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.
