Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is recruiting for production workers to support packaging, labeling and material staging at a Massillon, OH facility. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will stand for a full shift, wear PPE, and follow safety and quality guidelines while learning on the job. Position is 1st shift, Monday–Friday in the Stark County area; reliable transportation is recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work 1st shift in Massillon, OH.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations including packaging, labeling, material staging and line assistance.
• Help prepare work areas and move materials for the production team.
• Learn production processes, safety standards and quality expectations on the job.
• Wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, area-specific equipment) during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping and follow safety rules and ISO/EHS guidelines.
• Document basic information as required and participate in training.
