Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in Toledo, Oregon is seeking safety-oriented individuals for Entry-Level Production Labor. You will operate manufacturing and mobile equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and handle mechanical tasks to create corrugated box products.

This role offers advanced training and clear pathways to career growth. Starting pay is $26.88 per hour with overtime, vacation pay, and 40 hours of paid time off after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to use a computer or mobile device for documentation.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment safely and efficiently to defined standards and product specifications.
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot and correct process issues to ensure quality production.
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Work as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Maintain adherence to safety rules and wear proper safety equipment.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling in a loud industrial environment up to 12 hours a day.
