Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is now hiring Production Associates to join our Corrugated facility in Mogadore, OH. The role includes operating equipment, monitoring control systems, and ensuring safety standards.

You will work across different shifts, with a 50lb lifting requirement and non climate controlled conditions. Overtime, holidays, and weekend work may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial setting.
• Basic math and measurement skills (e.g., tape measure).

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and pulling for up to 12 hours in a non climate controlled, loud environment.
• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care, maintenance and keep work area clean.
