Job summary

Corning Incorporated seeks an entry-level Production Maintenance Associate I for the Glendale, AZ facility. Under supervision, you will maintain and repair production equipment, assist with TPM and 5S goals, and support a safe, efficient operation in a team setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in a production environment, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Applicable maintenance training or previous experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks for production equipment and related items.
• Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
• Troubleshoot and repair low-complexity maintenance issues.
• Coordinate multiple maintenance tasks under supervision in a team setting.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and complete maintenance paperwork.
• Support TPM and 5S goals across the plant.
• Assist other maintenance technicians in breakdown repairs as needed.
