Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment including press brake.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills and screw guns.
• Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successful completion of the drug and background screening.
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing ladders and scaffolding.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 40 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to work with arms above head.
• Ability to operate and understand protective safety equipment in the area.
• Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery.
• Read and interpret detailed drawings and dimension styles.
• Interface with engineering to program machines, set up, and run.
• Load parts in the machine, cycle the machine, and detect malfunctions in machine operation.
• Stay current with TPM and perform basic mechanical adjustments on all equipment as needed.
