Job summary

Twin Rivers Paper Company LLC is seeking a dependable laborer for manufacturing support in New York. The role requires following written SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and observing safety and GMP standards.

You may cover pulper loader duties as needed and must be able to operate or learn lift-truck procedures. The position offers an hourly wage with potential overtime earnings, and a focus on accuracy and safety in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry accuracy.
• Capable of learning computer systems as needed.
• Preferred: strong attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of safely operating/driving a lift truck.

Responsibilities

• Performs property-tending duties and other laboring jobs.
• Fills in for Pulper Loader or Fourth Hand when needed.

Job description

• Pay or shift range: $16.41 USD to $21.68 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs property-tending duties and other assigned laboring jobs
• Fills in for Pulper Loader or Fourth (4 th ) Hand when needed
• Maintains and upkeep a high level of cleanliness in the work area
• Observe and follow plant rules for safety and GMP.
• Follow the Twin Rivers Food Safety Policy and food safety procedures when performing all tasks
• Ability to understand and follow written SOPs

Education, Experience, and Skills

• o Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• o Able to read and follow written and verbal work instructions
• o Basic computer skills, including ability to enter data accurately
• o Capable of learning computer systems as needed
• Preferred requirements:
  • o Must possess strong attention to detail and has good problem-solving abilities
  • o Capable of being qualified to safely operate/drive a lift truck

SALARY

The targeted starting pay range for this position is $16.41 to $21.68 per hour depending on location. Earnings potential for 1st year with OT and premium pay averages $65,000 per employee.
