Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age per cannabis compliance.
• Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with production equipment and packaging machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and defect identification.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Produce consumer cannabis goods with speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Operate small machinery to support the production process.
• Assemble materials and equipment as required.
• Perform repetitive motions (e.g., labeling, packaging, machine operation).
• Perform product inspections to support quality control standards.
• Package and label raw materials; examine for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 40 lbs as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and timely completion of tasks.
