Randstad USA in Middlefield, OH is seeking entry-level production associates for immediate openings. No experience is required, just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to choose shifts that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include general labor, machine support, visual inspection, packaging and labeling, and adapting to priorities on a short-term mandate with daily shifts from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Entry-level production role; no specific experience required.
• Must be able to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Reliability and good attendance are essential.

Responsabilités

• General labor: assist with tasks across the factory floor including material handling, sorting components, sweeping, and area cleanup.
• Machine support: load raw materials or components into simple machines and remove finished parts.
• Visual inspection: perform basic visual quality checks for obvious flaws or missing components.
• Packaging and labeling: assist with final production stages, packaging goods and applying basic tracking labels.
• Flexibility: quickly learn and execute different factory tasks as priorities shift on the short-term mandate.
