Job summary

Randstad USA in Middlefield, OH is seeking entry-level production associates for immediate openings. No experience is required, just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to choose shifts that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include general labor, machine support, visual inspection, packaging and labeling, and adapting to priorities on a short-term mandate with daily shifts from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Reliability and good attendance are essential.

• Flexibility: quickly learn and execute different factory tasks as priorities shift on the short-term mandate.
