Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an entry level general labor team member for our Texas facilities. The role covers various areas of Fresh Processing including DSI, Debone, Deli lines, and Evisceration.

You will work a 2nd shift schedule with pay at $17.30 per hour and must maintain a safe work environment in line with Tyson policies. Responsibilities include performing repetitive manual tasks, complying with PPE requirements, and passing a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• Push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand 8-10 hours on hard surfaces.
• Able to perform repetitive motion.
• Must climb stairs to access work areas.
• Must wear PPE: frocks, gloves, ear protection, hair net and beard guard.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Willing to perform the physical job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Team members may transfer from other Tyson facilities via local HR Partner.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry level non-skilled general labor across Fresh Processing areas (DSI, Debone, Deli lines, Evisceration).
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow Tyson policies and procedures.
