Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking candidates for 2nd shift General Labor in our production facilities in the United States. The role involves entry-level, non-skilled labor across Fresh Processing lines, with a pay rate of 17.30 per hour.

Work requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing PPE. The position may involve moving across DSI, Debone, Deli, and Evisceration areas, with a strong emphasis on safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Be able to push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 50 pounds for some positions.
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Must be able to stand 8-10 hours a day on hard surfaces.
• Able to perform repetitive motion.
• Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas.
• Must wear PPE, frocks, gloves, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
• Must pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Work could be in any area of Fresh Processing including DSI, Debone, Deli lines and Evisceration.
