Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Production Assembly & Inspection Technician to join a local manufacturing team in Grants Pass, OR. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we will train the right candidate for a 6-month seasonal assignment with potential to become permanent work based on performance.

Starting pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday–Thursday with early and later shift variations; Friday–Sunday off.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to drawings and specifications.
• Inspect incoming materials and finished products.
• Perform pressure testing and document results.
• Operate equipment for marking parts.
• Maintain test, inspection, inventory, and work order records.
• Assist with inventory management and keep areas organized.
• Prepare products for shipment and ensure quality before delivery.
• Identify problems and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.
