Job summary

Aerotek in Redmond, WA is hiring for entry‑level Assemblers/Production Specialists. This contract‑to‑hire role offers a 5:00 AM–4:00 PM day shift, with overtime on Fridays, and a paid training program to get you started in manufacturing.

Assemble parts, use hand and power tools, read simple blueprints, and maintain quality while learning across production lines. Fully onsite with a 4‑day workweek and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 20-50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and equipment following quality standards and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within production timelines.
• Rotate through different workstations and gain experience across the production line.
• Learn and develop blueprint and schematic reading skills.
• Inspect products, identify quality concerns, and report issues.
• Record measurements and production-related information accurately.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and continuous improvement processes.
• Move materials, components, and finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team operations and grow into advanced production responsibilities.
