Datalab USA is seeking a Production Analyst in Westminster, Colorado. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in coordinating client assets and documentation, supporting campaign database marketing services.

Successful candidates will enjoy a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 a year and will be offered comprehensive healthcare plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or STEM field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn SQL.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary coordination point for all incoming client assets and documentation.
• Coordinate campaign production schedules internally.
• Create client documentation including client requests and JIRA requests.
• Track and document client requests to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Monitor quality control for assigned automated tasks.
