Job summary

Interfor is seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our Longview mill as an Entry Level/Clean-Up in Longview, WA. The starting rate for this position is $23.30 per hour based on skill level and experience, with opportunities to grow as you contribute to safe, efficient lumber production.

You will complete clean-up and ground maintenance, help keep a steady flow of lumber through the mill, and perform other duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to lock-out/tag-out policy.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work all days and all shifts.

What You'll Do:

• Complete clean-up and ground maintenance of assigned area(s).
• Safely assist with keeping a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill.
• Perform any other duties in any area in order to keep the mill in operation.
• Perform all work in accordance with Interfor's safety policies and standards.
• Must adhere to an absolute lock-out/tag-out policy.
• Physical Requirements: walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
