Qualifications

• Ability to learn product information and communicate it clearly and accurately.
• Strong customer service mindset with professional, respectful communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, accurate product demonstrations to customers in assigned settings.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
• Answer customer questions professionally and escalate as needed.
• Support sales objectives by encouraging product interest and next-step actions.
• Maintain an organized, presentable demonstration area and ensure materials are prepared.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and demonstration procedures consistently.
• Record relevant customer interactions and activity updates according to established processes.
• Collaborate with team members to share feedback and improve demonstration effectiveness.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a respectful, inclusive customer interaction style.
• Participate in onboarding and training to build product and sales knowledge quickly.
