Job summary

Sun Nutraceuticals is seeking an Entry-Level Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and supply chain operations. You will coordinate purchase orders, manage packaging components and artwork readiness, and track inventory against open orders in a regulated dietary supplements environment.

This role focuses on developing skills in procurement, planning, and compliance while collaborating with Quality, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• College degree or diploma in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, email, shared drives).
• Experience with packaging materials or artwork files is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process purchase orders for raw materials, packaging components, and indirect supplies.
• Track open purchase orders and follow up with vendors on status, lead times, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate packaging components to ensure readiness for production and manage artwork revisions.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile received materials with orders and records.
• Assist with demand projections, reorder planning, and inventory tracking tools.
