This role is ideal for recent graduates with a high school diploma or GED who want hands-on training in industrial operations. You will work in a team, logging data, and supporting basic maintenance while prioritizing workplace safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Process Technology, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document information accurately.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and systems in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
• Perform routine inspections, readings, and data logging.
• Identify and report equipment issues, abnormalities, or safety concerns.
