Lakeside Book Company is seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate for the MH2 Press (Finance) at our Owensville, MO facility. You will assist the press team by creating neat bundles, placing them on pallets, and ensuring materials move smoothly through the line to maintain quality and efficiency.

No prior experience is required; the role offers $19/hour with a raise to $19.75/hour after 6 months, shift 12 hours, and benefits including PTO and health options.

Responsibilities

• Creating neat bundles or bales and placing them onto pallets with the use of a lift assisting device.
• Monitor the printed materials for defects
• Accurately counting and labeling bales and pallets
• Setting up the machine to the correct setting and assisting your press team during set up and makereadies
• Managing materials and supplies needed for the job and ensuring your work area clean and organized
