Job summary

Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Manufacturing Associate - Bindery in Owensville, MO. Pay starts at $18/hour with a raise to $18.75/hour after 6 months, on a 14 days/month 12-hour shift schedule.

You’ll work on the 7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM crews, in a climate-controlled environment, and receive training to advance your career. Responsibilities include feeding book sections into the machine, moving books from the production line into boxes, collaborating with a team, and benefiting from paid time

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift (12Hours)
• No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful!

Responsibilities

• Feed book sections into the machine.
• Move books from the production line and stack into boxes.
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.
• Work in a climate controlled environment.
