Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing/office experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and memos.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Basic math skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stacking and bundling printed products for shipping.
• Support press crew during setup and make-ready tasks.
• Stage equipment and keep work areas clean and stocked.
• Check finished products for quality and report defects.
• Load and pack boxes according to load tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the press team.
