Job summary

Cirtec Medical is seeking a entry-level manufacturing operator to support our medical device production in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will operate workstations, assist technicians, and help ensure product quality and throughput.

Responsibilities include following CGMP, handling documentation, maintaining a clean workplace, and performing inspections with microscopes as part of the process. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Entry level, no experience required.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately document details.
• Ability to use microscope on a daily basis throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Comply with CGMP requirements to ensure products are consistently produced and controlled according to the Quality System.
• Follow established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Take direction within the manufacturing cell from upper-level operators.
• Assist production operators and technicians engaged in processing and product fabrication.
• Load small devices to fixtures and equipment.
• Make basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances and dimensions.
• Adjust machines to achieve conformance with specifications and maximum yield.
• Perform in-process visual inspections with or without microscopes per process documentation or drawings.
