Mezzo Technologies in Longwood, LA is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Technician I to support production, assembly, preparation, inspection, and testing of precision components used in advanced thermal management products.

You will work with experienced technicians, receive hands-on training in tubing, bonding, laser welding, and other processes as skills progress, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn specialized manufacturing processes and safety rules.
• Reliable attendance, teamwork, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations per work instructions and specs.
• Assist with assembly, preparation, inspection, and testing of components.
• Use basic hand tools and fixtures safely to complete tasks.
• Support measurement and dimensional verification with calipers/micrometers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; document activities.
